Final sprint in Berlin

Just after 12 o'clock yesterday, I set foot on German soil here in Berlin again. Fortunately, the Bundesliga also kicked off yesterday, and for the first time in nearly 5 months, I enjoyed a few wheat beers 😅🤫

Today, we had a quick sightseeing trip in our state capital 🐻

Cultural shock… that's the 100% accurate term for what I experienced in Berlin. In 4.5 months of traveling through various countries and cultures, I haven't seen nearly as many messed up people as I have in one day in Berlin…🫣😝

In the last few days, gratitude has been a feeling that has always accompanied me. Grateful for the experiences of the last months, grateful for a privileged life in Germany, gratitude for the opportunity to take such a break, and grateful to be able to return home 🙂🤝

Tonight at 9:00 PM, I will take the FlixBus to Tübingen and will check in again tomorrow morning in the tranquil Tübingen. 🏡
