Jetski - Boat tour

Today, Uwe, Laura, and Dominik went jetskiing. They took the boat towards Burj al Arab to cruise against the backdrop of the amazing scenery. There was a photographer on board to take photos and videos. The price was high, so it wasn't easy to decide whether to buy or not (package with photos and videos costs around €250!). But everyone had a lot of fun.

During this time, I was at the beach - it felt a bit like being in Italy in the peak summer season. Beach umbrellas and families with children who came here for the weekend, probably to spend Christmas. Well, it's a good thing we have rooms with direct lagoon access. After a quick cocktail and a swim, we headed out for our boat tour around The Palm and Marina Bay.

Uwe got to play the role of a yacht owner and drove to Marina Bay, while Laura took over on the way back.

Very beautiful view of the private residences of the sheikhs and the high-rise buildings of Marina City. There are a lot of restaurants (around 120!) and according to our guide, the evening atmosphere with all the lights is absolutely gorgeous.

We were worried that we wouldn't see the sunset because suddenly clouds appeared, but we were lucky and the sun came out between the clouds.

We watched the World Cup final in the lounge with many tourists from both nations and were happy for Argentina.
