Island Tag 17: crowning shot

After yesterday's day, we didn't have too high expectations for today. So it was even better - especially the weather:

1) Dettifoss, again a waterfall par excellence. You can reach it via a gravel road that offers 28 km of corrugated iron feeling. But Susanne has now figured out the resonance frequency and knows that faster is better.

2) Rjúkandafoss, located directly on the asphalt road, you feel like you're in the central Alps, especially if you've had a self-cooked outdoor coffee before.

3) Borgarfjörður, the bird paradise: everything that floats and flies breeds here. Susanne is happy that she can take pictures of many of her beloved puffins again and makes the memory card glow.
