USA Road Trip East Coast Day 15 (May 12, 2024)

KG: The last day of our road trip begins with bright sunshine at Wildcat Brook in Jackson, New Hampshire. We eat our remaining food for breakfast so we don't have to throw away so much. Then we quickly pack our bags - luckily we only had carry-on luggage.

We then take the rental car to Boston Logan Airport, where we return the car to Alamo.

Then there is self-check-in and security check... and once again there are problems at the airport. The man at the security checkpoint tells us that the data he has does not match our passports. So we have to wait until the check-in counter opens. This will probably solve the problem, because then everything will go smoothly at the security check.

It will take another 2.5 hours until we board the plane and then we will take off at 6.30 p.m. local time and arrive in Lisbon at 6.10 a.m. local time on May 13th. The total flight time was 6.5 hours.

Everything goes smoothly with the final flight to Berlin, so we arrive around 1 p.m.

And so our journey along the US east coast ends with countless impressions and experiences that now have to be processed.
