The preparations are almost complete...

Hello my dear ones,

by now it's my second post after creating the blog. And in this one, I would like to give you a brief update on how the preparations for the trip to Japan are going?!

In the initial stages, I have entered all the necessary data on Visit Japan to ensure a smooth entry. It's not necessarily required, as it can also be done in writing at the respective airports, but what I have, I have. So on-site, you only need to show a barcode, on which everything is stored, and you're done. There is now also a unified code here, which I really like. Previously, each piece of information entered on Visit Japan had a separate barcode. So if you want to make things a bit easier, you can use this option.

What else is on the agenda? Flights are booked and the OCI will be done next week. I sincerely hope that everything goes smoothly and none of my airlines decide to go on strike during my trip!

Other than that, I still need to buy some gifts from Germany that the loved ones there would like. The fact that my child really wants a scarf from Energie Cottbus makes me, as a father and a passionate Energie fan, incredibly proud.

The to-do list is ready. So everything I want to experience or see in these 14 days, I have put on paper. I am particularly looking forward to Akihabara here. It's going to be pure madness.

By the end of next week at the latest, it's time to pack the suitcase. And with that, all the preparations will be completed.

I will certainly post a few more things in the coming days. But the real journey will only begin on 24/02/2024. Until then, stay pressed and have fun on my blog.
