High heat in Kruger Park

After leaving Sabie today, half sad and half happy, we arrived at the long-awaited Kruger Park after an hour's drive. We bought a small journal that shows all the animals that can be found. Unfortunately, today we only saw three of the Big Five, namely elephants, rhinos, and buffaloes. It was already damn hot with temperatures up to 40°C in the shade. Tomorrow it's supposed to be two degrees hotter. We hope to encounter leopards and lions tomorrow on our guided tour, which starts at 5 o'clock. In addition to the ones mentioned above, we saw many birds, hippos, wildebeests, zebras, impalas, kudus, giraffes, baboons, and many more. Our accommodation is wonderful, as hoped. We had a delicious dinner and are going to bed early tonight.
