Arrival Christchurch

After nearly 4 hours of flying, we arrived in Christchurch.

There, we grabbed our luggage and then made our way to the car rental.

After a short briefing, we went shopping and picked up our travelmate along the way.

We drove to the campground, made ourselves comfortable, bundled up in thick sweaters, and turned on our heater.

We played some cards and then went to bed early to be ready for the next day.

In the morning, we set off for Hampden to see the Moeraki Boulders and enjoyed the breathtaking surroundings there.

We had a leisurely lunch, strolled around the town for a bit, until it was evening again and we went to the next campground.
