Before the vacation is after the vacation :-)

Short review: We drove the entire ring road once. We collected so many impressions and really enjoyed our time in Iceland. This unique nature can only be partially conveyed as you can see it in the photos. It looks very cold in the pictures... yes, we also had frosty temperatures... but if you have the right clothes with you, it doesn't matter at all. You should detach yourself from or think about 'does it only look good or does the piece of clothing have a function :-)

What I personally found a bit unfortunate is that I could hardly get to know any Icelanders. I would have liked to ask a few questions or simply find out about their attitude towards life.

I'm still glad that we made the trip in October and not during the high season. We had many places to ourselves and could really enjoy it.
