Phine is not feeling well. Since we were on Gili yesterday, she feels sick. Was it the two alcoholic cocktails in the blazing sun? Or the semi-raw scrambled eggs in the morning? One thing is for sure - she is inconsolable, not being able to plunder her beloved breakfast buffet.

I think a walk - one last walk - on the beach is better anyway and surely healing. So let's go (theoretically, practically I'm going alone), enjoy a bit of sunshine, the driver will come at 10 to take us to Lombok Airport. The ride is calm, he drives thoughtfully. At the airport, we are sent away from the counter because our tickets are not in the system. We have to contact the airline. The reason: since we didn't take the outbound flight, we were not listed. But everything is fine now, because we are on the plane: Garuda Indonesia. The seats are slightly papery and nicely poop brown. In less than 1 hour, we will be in Bali and we are thrilled beyond measure when we enter the airport building in Bali: it smells like incense sticks! We spend the rest of the day at the hotel, which is only 750 meters from the airport, relax, maybe pack again, and drive to the airport at 10 p.m.

This is the end of our trip to Indonesia. Whether we or one of us will ever come back is uncertain, secretly I hope so. The country and the people - whether locals, newcomers or other travelers - have welcomed us warmly, allowed us to experience many beautiful hours, and inspired us. Thank you!
