... our alarm clocks ...

प्रकाशित: 21.11.2017

We had a hard time planning our day today because our last tour started at 1:25 p.m.

But let's start from the beginning. Our day started with the roars of our little roommates, the howler monkeys. They've been waking us up at around 5 o'clock for days. We also startle throughout the day.

Unfortunately, it rained this morning, so we were expecting a quiet morning on the beautiful terrace. After breakfast, the spider monkeys came, they are so cute. Smaller than the last ones, much calmer, and super adorable. They came right up to the skeletal frame of our terrace ... so we finally got beautiful pictures.

In the afternoon, we went kayaking in the mangrove forest near Isla Damas. It was so much fun ... we had to get used to the wobbling and the moisture on our backsides, as well as the smell ... but the tour was super interesting. We saw a little crocodile and the white-faced capuchin monkeys. We also saw bats, crabs, and spiders, as well as many, many birds, including the Tiger Heron.

Unfortunately, we couldn't activate our camera quickly enough ...

To finish off, we had a delicious Costa Rican dinner cooked by the tour organizer.

Now we're going for a swim and read, and we'll let the beautiful day come to an end ....

PS: The last picture was taken specifically for someone who will recognize it ... they are decorated everywhere here ... 🙄
