15.12.19 Bonn-Frankfurt-Beijing

I'm starting from Bonn directly to Frankfurt by train after a company event. I still have an hour to sit at the Bonn train station - this day is more about waiting than traveling... Just before 2 pm, I arrive at Frankfurt Airport.

Air China checks in at 4:15 pm - so another 2 hours of waiting, which I spend chatting with a friend from Frankfurt. Finally, it's 7:15 pm.

The Air China plane takes off into the dark winter sky and will now fly for about 9 hours to the east, where I will land in Beijing tomorrow late in the morning. I treat myself to the flights in Business Class as I have booked a special offer again and only paid 1,650 EUR for all flights from/to Frankfurt. Hardly more than the cost of Economy elsewhere.
