22.10.18 - last day in Sydney

At 7pm in the evening, our Greyhound bus left for the first destination of our trip. Before that, Ines and I explored Sydney one last time. Luckily, we were able to leave our luggage at Maze Hostel.

We were in the Kings Cross district and looked at some 'sights' on the way there. But they didn't really impress me. I'm probably tired of Sydney now. I'm glad that we're moving on 😅😉

Then we went back to the botanical garden... We found some spots that we hadn't seen last time. And then, we just lay in the sun there. At least there was some sun on our last day in Sydney. 👍

Yeah, in the evening we went to the bus stop and got on the Greyhound bus. It's really comfortable! Lots of legroom, you can charge your phone, and there's free WiFi on all buses.

In Newcastle, we got off at half past nine. Luckily, the hostel offered to pick us up... The way would have been really far. The hostel really surprised me! It's nice to have this pick-up service, and it's a very small hostel with several extensions and a garden with a pool. You have the opportunity to sit outside. I like that! And the bathroom! It's amazing! Everything is brand new and modern... Unfortunately, we're only staying here for one night. 😝
