Tag 14 – Oslo

While Jessica went for a short run in the morning, I was frantically ironing our clothes to make them dry faster. We couldn't take them dripping wet in the car. So we spent the whole morning cleaning up our room and loading the luggage into the car. In the afternoon, we wanted to explore Oslo. In the middle of the old town, we realized that everything was closed on Sundays. Since we didn't feel like sightseeing anyway, we drove to Vigeland Park on the outskirts of the Frogner district. There we enjoyed the hustle and bustle around us and observed the different people in the park. 

Afterwards, we drove back to Sweden to reach Denmark on the west side. Since neither of us were tired yet, we decided to drive into the night until we wanted to sleep.

Shortly before midnight, we both got tired and decided to stop at the next gas station. We parked next to some trucks and other cars and made ourselves comfortable. With the sound of the rain - it was raining heavily for the first time since we started our road trip - I slept wonderfully.
