Stop by the Sea - Björkäng - September 15th

The campsite in Strömstad is really mediocre, which is confirmed the next morning. We take a cold shower... in really lousy outside temperatures... Good morning, I can only say that! We quickly make a coffee and leave directly. It's super windy, which doesn't change all day.

The E6 here in Sweden is free of construction and two lanes... amazing! We haven't had that in ages...! But it's so windy that we can't drive faster than 90 km/h and Jörni really has to work hard to keep the bus on the road!

In between, we treat ourselves to a really delicious, fresh latte at the coffee house, a dream...!

Then we fly on! We pass Gothenburg and go to the sea in Björkäng near Varberg. Here we are now at a place where nothing is really happening anymore and we can check in ourselves again, as the reception is closed... it's Sunday after all.

The wind is blowing hard and we can't really stay outside. Good time to finally write everything down. Tomorrow we want to continue down! Our goal is to be in the Netherlands next weekend, not far from home at all. So if anyone feels like visiting us, please do... we would be happy to see you! Just be sick on Fridays or leave work early and head to Holland, the weather is supposed to be great and we won't be this young together again!

Well, it's already 8 p.m. and I think that should be enough for today!

Besides, you all have to watch Tatort at home now... have fun and have a good start to the week!
