From Rottweil, I took the train to Stuttgart, where I met up with a friend named Jess for an hour. We chatted for a bit and she wished me all the best. Her support also led to the funny picture of us walking through the Schlossgarten with our backpacks.
Afterward, I took the train to Munich. The flight was three hours delayed, which I was informed about through an SMS in the morning, but the check-in time for the luggage remained the same. So, I had to wait. Compensated with a 5-euro voucher, I had a home-brewed beer and a stew.
On the plane, I had enough space for my feet due to my seat at the emergency exit.
