Fabulous Las Vegas

After our trip to Death Valley, we continue towards Las Vegas. On the way, we make a stop at Area 51. Then we arrive in the famous notorious desert city. At first, we stay at a campsite, but then we check into a fabulous suite. After settling into our new quarters, we head to the Strip at sundown.
Here, everything glows in colorful lights. We also visit the famous casinos, Caesars Palace and Bellagio, from the inside. We play a bit and enjoy a few drinks. Then we go back to our hotel.
The next day, we decide to see the city center in daylight. We stroll along the Strip and visit some impressive casinos and shopping centers.
For the next few days, we liven up our own hotel a bit. We try our luck at roulette, slot machines, and blackjack. Although the big win eludes us, we have a lot of fun and meet many friendly people.
We also treat ourselves to the luxury of a large, cozy bed, a bathtub, and a delicious meal after a long time.
It was an eventful week, but now we say goodbye to the gambling city and continue our journey to the Grand Canyon.
