100 km before Bergen.....

In the last few days we have passed through many different landscapes. From Egersund we went up the mountains again, partly on the old railway line it goes up into the mountains, hardly any agriculture possible..... only sheep graze here between rocks and small bushes. After many gravel tracks, a plain suddenly opens up in the valley with a lot of agriculture and slowly the farms also get bigger. Almost like at home, if it weren't for the North Sea and the many stones in the fields.

Now we are coming directly to the North Sea again, even small sandy beaches can be found between the rocks.

We are staying in Stavanger, from where we will have to cross the ferry again for a longer time the next day. Today we arrived in Leirvik..., tomorrow we want to reach Bergen..., there is a longer ferry connection..., and then a rest day in Bergen...

Almost done, our stage Bergen is within reach. After countless mountains, bridges and drives, we have almost made it. Our flight to Scotland is booked, on Thursday we will cross the North Sea to the UK.

From then on we will travel as a group of three.... Our 'old' buddy Klaus Köhne will join us.
