Ireland - Travel day Tralee

There isn't much to say about today.

Oh and rain.

We skipped the Cliffs of Moher due to horizontal rain. The bathtub wouldn't have been an alternative - not enough water.

We kept thinking about what else we could do and ended up in Limerick and used a rain break (it was still raining) to visit the cathedral in Limerick.

I have to say, it's amazing how bright and well-lit the churches and cathedrals are here. Very beautiful to look at and the stained glass windows are absolutely grandiose.

Arriving in Tralee, we had to realize during our search for food that the pubs only serve food until 5 pm and that the shops are closed at 6 pm.

Well, we still found something to eat and then watched the Manchester City - FCB game in the pub. There are definitely worse places to watch football, especially when Bayern loses. 😏

Tomorrow we will continue to the Ring of Kerry. With less rain but more wind. I'm curious if I will see flying sheep.
