18.08.2018 - Almyra, Peramos, Known

Had breakfast. Drove to Elaioxori, looked for Mimis and couldn't find him, looked for Eleni and found mother. Made an appointment for the afternoon.

Drove to our old beach and fought through the Almyra Beach Bar to show Eve where I spent many holidays in the great outdoors on the beach.

Showed her the submarine, the Osko rock and Mimis' hut above.

Then to our apartment and eat Karpousi (watermelon).

Then to the beach in Peramos, drank Frappe, ate Patates and swam. We actually froze in the shade at 38 degrees.

Then around 7pm we drove to Eleni. The joy of seeing each other again after 25 years was huge. We then talked for a long time and made an appointment for the next day for lunch.

Then to Peramos for 2 Pita Gyros, a beer and a coke. Walked around the nightlife a bit until Eve wasn't feeling well anymore, then back to our apartment.

Had a cozy Retsina on our lovely roof terrace.
