Koh Samui 24.12.

There wasn't much on the agenda today as we had to return our scooters early. So we went back to the hotel to relax a bit by the pool.

After we booked the transfer to Koh Tao, we also decided to book the “Christmas Dinner” organized by the hotel for the evening. We also wanted to have a bit of Christmas feeling under the palm trees.

After dressing up a bit, we headed towards the hotel restaurant, where we were greeted with a small welcome cocktail. The restaurant was beautifully decorated for Christmas and there was live music. The buffet also offered a lot of delicious selection and, especially for us, a little change from Thai food.

After Santa Claus came and handed out some small sweets, a fire show started on the beach.

We looked at these for a bit and then went back to our room quite early, as the ferry to Koh Tao was supposed to leave at 10:30 a.m. the next day.
