Highs and Lows

More and more I am immersed in jungle life.

Getting up, seeing what's left to eat, going to work in the rain, doing jobs, visiting the beach, going out, repeat...

My arms and my back seemed to have caught the Costa Rica fever, just like they looked after a long sunbath, and the mosquitoes add a ticklish aftertaste to it all.

And if you think the snakes are dangerous, think again, it is definitely the ants.

These beasts are really aggressive.

TastyWaves has already become our regular pub and we have had everything from karaoke to quiz night to movie night there... and yes, they can make burritos as well.

Tequila for $1 is a good deal, but don't go for the spicy tequila, it will burn your throat😂

Apart from that, I am gaining more and more know-how in my daily work and I think the rabbit will soon start running.

Funny enough, I "injured" myself for the first time while feeding the sloth, when I fell to the ground and dropped all the vegetables.

Well, these creatures always have to chill in the farthest corner of the enclosure.

And having nice weather on my days off is like betting on a number in roulette, although this is more likely.

But in the afternoon, it usually stops raining, so we went to the city to have something decent to eat again and see what you can buy in Puerto Viejo.

I have to say, the artists are really talented here.

Now, time for a beer.
