Abisko: On the Njulla

Fortunately, the sun is coming out a bit today. Since we're a bit tired from carrying the kids, we decide to take a chairlift ride up to the Njulla mountain. We don't quite make it to the summit of the hike (Lieke isn't satisfied with the packed lunch), but we are rewarded with the sight of a whole herd of reindeer right after the turn around.

Once back down with the cable car, we take another round around the canyon and look longingly at the entrance to the Kungsleden long-distance hiking trail on the way back - maybe when the girls are older or on vacation with their grandma 😉
