Grouse Mountain

Finally! After a long-awaited time, we finally managed to go skiing! The last few times it got canceled because it was always raining on the mountain and skiing in the rain is not cool at all! Luckily, Baba was able to organize snow pants and gloves for me, so I could save some money. Right after school, we went up to the mountain with the cable car. Most people wanted to try snowboarding and some were already advanced. But for fear of my knees, I decided to stick with skiing and let Cata and Caro practice alone, and then I raced down the slopes with teacher Ken :D Later, Brendt joined us after teaching the others some snowboarding, and the three of us zoomed down the difficult slopes. I only wiped out twice xD but it's not a big deal. Just a few bruises xD The view of the city was simply magnificent, except that it got cloudy around 9 pm and we couldn't see more than 10 meters on the slopes. In between, I had to rescue Cata from a slope, as she had pushed herself too much xD But with the fog and my legs completely out of energy, I also went to the hut and we drove downtown and treated ourselves to pizza and ice-cold beer with the others :D
