1. Goal: Singapore

After a 12-hour flight, we reach our first destination: Singapore. Our hotel, Yotel, is centrally located on Orchard Road and is pretty cool. It's only a year old and very stylish - the bathroom offers a great view of the city. The boys are especially impressed by the robots Yolanda and Yoshi, who were ready to welcome us in the lobby or who would zoom through the corridors... :-) We quickly realize that Singapore is at the forefront of high-tech...

We use the three-day layover to get used to the +6 hour time difference. We spend a lot of time at the pool on the 10th floor, explore the city a bit, and spend a few hours on Sentosa Island - a small island that offers a variety of recreational activities and some beautiful beaches.
