This time we went to Shibuya. Probably the most famous district of Tokyo. Right at the train station, I was able to take a picture of the statue of Hachiko. Hachiko was a very expensive dog who still waited for his master at the station even after his master's death, hoping he would come back. There is also a movie about it.
We looked around the area a bit, but mainly there were shops to shop or eat. We bought some souvenirs and then went to Harajuku again.
After we had stored our purchases at the hotel and took a break, we walked to the nearby Skytree and used the observation deck to see Tokyo from above again, this time at night. The Skytree is the second tallest structure in the world with a height of over 600m. The observation deck was at a height of 350m and offered an unobstructed view of the city, unlike the Tokyo Tower.
