O Grove Peninsula

We drove to the peninsula near O Grove to Santiago, where concrete bunkers called Tourihotel line the popular beaches and serene beautiful coves that you can have for yourself at least outside of the season.

So we left the "hotspots" behind and drove straight to the Con Negro beach. Bullseye! Here we are almost alone and have several kilometers of partly rocky, partly sandy coves all to ourselves.

Straight out of a picture book, even though the weather is very changeable and it often rains.
