Rainy roadtrip goes south🚘

I picked up the rental car in Seattle this morning. Everything went smoothly. At least a compensation for the constant downpour.

I've been on this continent since Tuesday and it has been raining non-stop. Is that even possible?🤔

So I started in pouring rain and the drops didn't leave my side throughout the entire drive. From Seattle, I went all the way through the state of Oregon. Probably very beautiful and scenic, but it was only visible at about 20m.

So I drove a straight 830km south. After 11 hours, I arrived in Klamath, California, right in the middle of the Redwoods. Completely different world than in Seattle here.

Although it was already dark when I arrived here, the huge trees on the side of the road made me really excited for my hikes tomorrow.🌲

I will take some proper pictures finally.
