Cotopaxi

Cotopaxi is a volcano in Ecuador, but our experience was more about the Secretgarden Hostel Cotopaxi. It was probably one of the best hostels I have ever visited. The charm of a mountain cabin with fireplaces in every corner and the many dogs waiting to be cuddled. Upon arrival, we went on a small adventure hike to the nearby waterfall. The rain boots were put on and off we went through the shallow stream over rocks and stones. Upon arrival, the first ones jumped straight into the cold water.

The next day, we took a closer look at Cotopaxi. We didn't climb all the way to the top, but after about 2 hours, we reached the 5000-meter mark and reached the glacier.

The last day we took it easy and enjoyed the Jacuzzi until we were ready to leave.
