Sylvsteinheia & Arsteinheia

Today is supposed to be the last windy day!

That's why I chose a slightly lower and more sheltered mountain, Sylvsteinheia.

The path started off as a nice field road, but then a sign pointed into the forest. The path led through what felt like a jungle, there was even one spot secured with a rope and I had to hop over some streams.

At the top, the vegetation cleared, allowing the wind to be felt again.

There was supposed to be a circular route, but I couldn't find it and I absolutely didn't want to have to hike back down the way I came, so I also hiked to the next summit, Arsteinheia. There, I found the way back, which was much flatter but also led through the undergrowth.

I made it back to the car safe and sound :)
