In conclusion, today I spent two hours at customs and the port authority, familiarizing myself with the very specific procedures here and having to pay again for a document. And for an escort service. But not what some may think again, but rather the accompaniment in the port. Apparently a job for retirees or hopeless cases to accompany them through all institutions as a constant watchdog. At least two hours.....a hundred bucks.
