Between the villages of Nicotera and San Ferdinando lies our campsite Mimosa on the Costa Verde. Directly by the sea, in lush vegetation near one of the greenest coasts of Calabria. Nestled among orange, mandarin, lemon, lime, and palm gardens, as well as vines, olives, and cactus fruits.
At 10:30 AM, some, under Ricci's guidance, set off on a cycling exploration of the region. Others rode to San Ferdinando to run errands (bank, pharmacy or others).
Afterwards, everyone needed a refreshment in the sea and pool.
From 4:00 PM, it is time for Boule. Two teams, yellow and red, compete against each other. Dinner is reserved for 6:00 PM. Today there's a menu featuring various wines, rosso or bianco, sparkling and non-sparkling water, pizzas with nine different toppings, fries, cheesecake, coffee or espresso, and liqueurs at a great price.
No briefing today; instead, there's a round of Limoncello at Ricci's.
Sunday is again free until departure to the next coastal section...
