Der 13. Tag

After the 12-hour tour yesterday, today was all about sightseeing and culture around Alta. After breakfast, we first went to the Tirpitz Museum, about 16 km away. Here we learned all about the tragic history of the largest German battleship, which was stationed in the Bay of Alta and was attacked there.

Afterwards, we visited the Alta Natural History Museum where we could admire exhibits from the Stone Age on a beautiful walk.

Today, we had a bright blue sky and pleasant 15 degrees Celsius all day. Then around 3.00 pm, we were back in the cottage and started packing and cleaning for tomorrow's tour back to Finland.
