On November 27, we traveled by bus from Ben Tre to Ho Chi Minh City and then on to Phnom Penh, the capital of Cambodia.
Here we visited one of the Killing Fields - Choeung Ek and the Tuol Sleng Genocide Museum.
It was a very oppressive feeling to enter the places where not too long ago (in the 70s) the Khmer Rouge, under the leadership of Pol Pot, unjustly tortured and executed a quarter of Cambodia's population at the time.
