Cabo Espichel and Lagoa de Albufeira

Looking for a new place to sleep, I find the lighthouse at Cabo de Espichel. There, you have a great panoramic view overlooking Lisbon. Sounds good.

We drive from Setubal on a coastal road with great views, which are unfortunately all cloudy. It's also difficult to stop, so no photos from there.

Everywhere we see families picnicking in public parks and playgrounds. Today is Sunday and there are many people out and about.

There's a lot going on at Cabo de Espichel too. We can't quite understand why, because the weather is not particularly good and the monastery is not very impressive. But never mind, if there are two snack bars there, there must be something going on.

Since it's windy and really gray up there, we drive down the mountain to "Lagoa de Albufeira". There are also a lot of people here, but they are all gone in the evening. The evening and the night are quiet. Luckily, we are parked on a paved road.
