Sorrento and Marina di Puolo

Today we went shopping in Sorrento and had ice cream. Raphael didn't want to walk through all 100 alleys with the same souvenir shops, strange! Neither did I... So we saw another magnificent church and watched people.

It's a miracle that you don't get run over on the way to Sorrento on foot, but somehow the Italians are still very considerate and swerve at the last moment.

It doesn't seem to be completely off-season yet, as there are still tourists around, and in the bay, there were people on the beach and in the water in the afternoon. The water was so clear and there were hardly any waves, so you could see fish while swimming. However, they were then chased away by the cormorant 😱 What silly birds, as Heinz would say 😉

I'm already thinking about what to eat today? Gnocchi alla Sorrentina? Parmigiana di melanzane? Scaloppine a Limone? Pesce spada? Profiteroles? Delicia di Limone? Oh dear... Everything sounds good!
