From the Rhone we continued via Lyon (with almost no traffic jams) to Cormatin. We left the motorway north of Lyon and drove through Burgundy to Cluny. We wanted to visit the monastery there, but once again we couldn't because of Felix. But the town is very pretty and was worth a visit.

Then we continued on to Cormatin, where we stayed for two days.

There is a castle in Cormatin that we looked at. Most of these are pictures. Felix was at least allowed into the castle garden, which is beautifully landscaped.

The weather was still super warm, but the nights were a little cool.
