I can't think of a headline

Another day that is coming to an end. Time just flies by here.

This morning I went to get a SIM card for my cell phone and also did a little tour of Seminyak. Here the souvenir shops are lined up next to each other. Of course I could buy everything here, but I'm holding back for now because I'm still at the beginning of the journey.

So I bought a SIM card from Andy and I acted very carefully for the first time. I got it for 12 euros instead of 15 euros. It's probably still quite expensive, but I still have to practice. Andy took me for Aussie, as did people before him. I don't know why that is either. Apparently my accent sounds Australian. When I then told him that I was from Germany, he immediately started discussing football with me. He asked me if I knew Mario Götze and Thomas Müller. After our little football chat with experts, he unlocked everything for me so that I only had to insert the SIM card into the phone. Everything worked wonderfully. If you want my Indonesian number, just let me know :)

After that I strolled through the streets and treated myself to a smoothie. Cucumber, apple and ginger a strange combination but very tasty :)

Incidentally, I've also been looking intensively for postcards, but I just can't find anything. Don't be surprised if I promised you a ticket and none came. But I do my best :)

This afternoon I went to the beach again to splash around a bit. The Surfer Boy from last night spoke to me directly. It doesn't seem that difficult to recognize myself here. He sat down with me and told all sorts of things. But when I told him that I would rather be alone, he wished me a nice day and left. Pushy but friendly.

This evening I watched the sunset again, this time in the company of Mareike. We met on Facebook and she is also traveling here alone. It's pretty bearable with a cool BinTang and some fries and spring rolls. Of course also with live music, which I personally think is pretty wonderful.

I'll probably walk to Kuta tomorrow because there's an H&M store there. Let's see if they have winter jackets in their range right now ;)
