Lara Spanier: "Sidniiiii" Day 2

પ્રકાશિત: 14.10.2019

Today was the first day we were able to spend the day according to our own taste.

Our day started with an early breakfast at 7:30 am (some toast with butter and Marmelade or cereals).

Right after that we went to the harbour bridge , which is close to our hostel.

We went over the bridge to the other side, there we visited a small market.

A bit later, our group of 9 went back over the huge bridge to the food mall where we had lunch.

In the morning Ms Wawer suggested to go to the famous BONDI beach in the afternoon. So we took the opportunity to join her and see a beautiful landscape and ONE of the most famous sights in Sydney. First of all we went to the bus stop and waited for the bus. The paying system is pretty easy here, you just need to put your credit cart against a small machine for a few seconds in the bus and when you leave the public transport you must hold it against it again (basically you log in and out of the system - this is called "tap on and off").

After half an hour, we finally arrived at the gorgeous beach where we took some pictures. Additionally, we were able to see the Bondi Icebergs Pool. Then we went downstairs to the incredibly huge beach where we took some photos as well and right after that we crossed the beach and went onto some big cliffs.

Later, we went back on our own to have dinner in a restaurant.

After arriving in our hostel we had a shower and played Pool.

The pool table is located in a room next to the rooftop terrace which has an amazing view. We were able to see the Opera House and the Harbour Bridge by night as well as all of the skyscrapers.

After a long day full of impressions it’s time to go to bed now.

Today was the first day we were able to design ourselves.

Our day started with an early breakfast, a little toast with butter and jam or muesli at 7:30 am. Directly afterwards we walked to the Harbour Bridge, which is very close to our hostel. We walked over the bridge to the other side to a small market. A little later our group, consisting of nine people, walked back across the massive bridge to the food mall where we ate lunch.

In the morning Ms. Wawer suggested going to the famous Bondi Beach in the afternoon. So we took the opportunity to see a beautiful landscape and joined Ms. Wawer and Ms. Wolter.

Firstly, we walked a few minutes to the bus stop and waited there for the bus. The payment system is very simple here: you hold your credit card in front of a small machine in the bus for a few seconds and when you leave public transport, hold the card in front of it again (so to speak, log in and log out).

After half an hour we arrived at the beautiful beach where we took some pictures. In addition, we were able to see the Bondi Icebergs Pool. Then we walked down the stairs to the incredibly large beach where we took some photos again. Afterwards, we crossed the beach and climbed some cliffs.

Then we took the bus back on our own. As usual, we went to the food mall to have dinner at a restaurant.

After arriving at the hostel, we showered and played billiards.

The billiard table is in a room next to the rooftop terrace, which has an incredible view. We were able to see the Opera House and the Harbour Bridge as well as some skyscrapers - at night and during the day.

After a long day full of impressions, it's time to go to sleep now.

And the others??!

Some of us took the ferry to the zoo on this sunny day and came into contact with Australian animals for the first time (see photos). 🦘🦜🐨

Super Beitrag Lara. Ich war schon zweimal in Sydney, aber über den Brückbogen habe ich es noch nicht geschafft.
