A boat tour of a special kind.

At 07:30 am, it was time to get up.

I went to the meeting point by bike where I was picked up for the boat tour.

Passing by all these rice fields by bike.

And then I was picked up by scooter until we reached the Coconut Forest.

After a drink, we started the boat tour in this wonderful 'basket boat'.

And above all: the weather is as always beautiful in Hoi An.

Then he made something out of leaves.

Then he led me to this fisherman who was just weaving a net (video!).

Then he arranges it.

And he throws it out.

And pulls it back in.

Upon request, I was also allowed to paddle.

.

And the guide caught a crab.

.

Many, many boats.

Definitely watch the videos about this! Very interesting insight into the culture.

Before the cooking class, we also had a coconut.

And off we go!

We cooked four dishes together. Then there were additional dishes. It was too much! I ended up eating leftovers for dinner and lunch the next day.

And on the way back to the villa.

And once again, Benedikt makes a little appearance.

After the sightseeing, I had a beer and a massage. I actually felt relaxed for once instead of constantly being on the go.
