02. April - France

There was no bad awakening today. On the contrary: the cats and horses are calm, a beautiful courtyard here (apart from the access road...) and slept well!
After breakfast and a short conversation with the very nice owners, we set off shortly after 10.
With little traffic, we make good progress. The roads are still in top condition! The cats and horses are doing better than expected. Everything is fine.
In the evening near Bordeaux, we unfortunately followed a detour recommended by Google Maps, which meant that we had to drive through very narrow villages, over narrow bridges, etc. and therefore took much longer than if we had driven through the traffic jam. Jenny did a great job with the caravan though! I'm proud of her!
After the detour/rough side roads, we finally reached our overnight quarters. A larger equestrian center that is practically empty. This time we have 2 boxes available. We 'live' right in front of them. Everything is fine so far!
First warm meal cooking in the caravan. It was very delicious! :-)
