Lake Tekapo

After spending the night more or less in a dry riverbed with a father and his child who invited us to their campfire with marshmallows, we set off to see Lake Tekapo from above.😍

So we trudged through the snow and took 1 hour to reach a well-deserved caramel latte☕

The view from up there was breathtaking and the way down turned out to be a bit slippery but still a lot of fun, we built a snowman and the sun warmed us☺️

In the evening, we went to Lake Pukaki, again in a forest.
