Day 36 - Back to France, Leucate

Hey everyone!

This morning, we skipped breakfast because we had finished all the bread yesterday. So we decided to go diving. However, there was a diving ban sign there, and since we didn't want to get into any arguments - well, we couldn't even communicate! :D - we drove a bit further north and ended up in France. Honestly, France is beautiful but not at all camper-friendly! There are no waste disposal stations anywhere, and free camping is practically impossible... There are barriers everywhere in the parking lots: cars can pass through, but not camper vans... We drove around forever looking for a spot... Exhausted and with growling stomachs, we decided to indulge ourselves today - we went to McDonald's! They have triple cheeseburgers here! Of course, I had to try one immediately :D

And wow, it was delicious! I can definitely recommend it :).

Later, Kevin actually found a beautiful spot! Probably the only one directly by the sea in the whole of France :). We had to drive off-road to get here, but it was so worth it! Three more campers have joined us since then, they probably watched us because we drove past them on the way here :)).

Now we're having a cozy evening.

Tomorrow we'll try diving again, and then we'll go to the Magnanarelles campsite. The same one we stopped at on the way here :)
