4th week 10-16/10/22

My colleague (also Swiss) has just two Swiss roommates. We went shopping with them on Monday and went to a "Mc Donalds" in America for the first time. We all had to say that the "Mc" in Switzerland is definitely better and fresher.

On Friday evening, we drove to Isla Vista. Isla Vista is known for its weekly house parties and is also well-represented by exchange students. The feeling was really like in all the American movies. It was a very short night because we had to get up early the next day.

We went on a whale watching tour. It was very impressive and definitely worth the money. We saw thousands of dolphins and about 15 whales.

On Sundays, a bike tour with the host parents' ski club was planned. I drove behind in the car with Robert (host father) and we already prepared a BBQ.
