Today we started in Rates in beautiful but cold weather. The first kilometers were again on cobblestones. Later on we went through field paths through eucalyptus forests. In Pedra Furada we left the Caminho and went up a mountain. On top there is a former monastery with a beautiful view of the sea. It's a whole 300 meters above sea level! Now we got stuck in Lijó. A brand new Casa Rural. Super room. And the wine & olives taste great...
