It's cold. Damn cold ❄

We would like to tell you how beautiful our first night in Sao Paulo was. We can't. It's so cold. We don't mean outside, but here - in bed. No, we're not stupid, the air conditioning is off. But while writing, our hands are shaking, no joke. Medications won't help anymore. ❄💨

Fortunately, the water is also cold, so we could go for breakfast happily 😁 Once again Pâo de Queijo (Cheese Bread) and Bine's quote: 'Ging-so' coffee. ☕ By the way, we didn't have a third person sitting at the table, Bine only needs some extra space for her scrambled eggs 😊.

Strengthened and full of energy, we went to the next tourist information center to book a city tour of Sao Paulo. And tomorrow it starts very early. We will tell you more about it then. We also captured some impressions of Sao Paulo, although, as mentioned before, it is not a very attractive city.

What did we do today? We went shopping! 💎👜. The shopping street is called 25 de Março and we were successful, see for yourself (above: Bine, below: Marie):

After a little break at the hotel to unload, we followed a tip from Marie's host sister and walked to Parque Ibirapuera. About 4.5 km (this time with slopes of at least 30% 😃) later we arrived at a place that is quite atypical for Sao Paulo: beautiful, well-maintained, and quiet. We had a great skyline view and the walk was definitely worth it.

We would like to show you our exquisite dinner. We really wanted a salad, but Burger King didn't have any 😣. As an alternative, a Bacon Cheeseburger would be completely okay. 🍔 We don't want to offend anyone, but honestly - Burger King in Brazil is just crap 🙊 Here's a little comparison. Expectation vs. reality:

Somehow we also got full and then we took a taxi back to the hotel. After all, it's already dark here at 5:30 p.m. 🌠. Since we set our air conditioning to 26 degrees before we left, we were in great hope that we wouldn't be welcomed by an ice chamber anymore. But two rooms away, the door was open, and Marie grabbed two fur blankets (even though we each already have one, it's just not enough) so that maybe we can sleep through the night and Marie will feel better soon. 🤗

and now onto Bine's magnificent plan for tomorrow:

So that the maid doesn't take away our second fur blanket, we will simply hide it in the refrigerator. She doesn't look in there anyway, and maybe it's even a little warmer than if it were lying in the room 😂

PS: The next step would be to blow dry our bodies warm 😅

Wishing you a cold good night

BINE & MARIE 👭
