Heimkehr ...

On Friday, we took an Uber to the airport at 5:30 AM. Once again, it was a 30 km ride that took over an hour. We checked in, had breakfast with Colones, and headed towards the Dominican Republic. When we arrived, we went through security barefoot once again. Then we had a good hour-long layover. Everything was going great until we turned around on the runway ... we had never experienced that before ...

The captain made an announcement that we had to remove a passenger, they would not be flying with us. Later we found out that someone had snuck in using an unofficial ground crew ticket, without a seat, without authorization. The problem was that the luggage had to be taken off the plane. So we took off with a 45-minute delay and didn't arrive in Frankfurt until shortly before 7 PM today.

Now is the time to sort through all the beautiful memories and enjoy our last day together. After 4 weeks, our jobs are separating us once again ... but a part of Jörg will stay with me ... he sheds so much that you can follow his trail in the apartment. 😘
