First sun then rain

7:00 Rested. My little bay shows its best side. Sunshine and almost no wind. My first swim in the Mediterranean 🙂. The water was warm but also refreshing. After I had packed everything, I made myself my first breakfast on the go. Muesli with protein powder, that made me really full and should have been enough for the day. The hike then started in beautiful weather. It initially went through a nature reserve with many small bays and through a cedar forest. A little later a thunderstorm came up, which didn't go away until Paleochora. The last nine! km were then road (the last 5 km even with a sidewalk following EU standard) with thunderstorms and rain showers. My feet are really tired now. But in Paleochora there was a very friendly welcome. Sofia brought me a Greek coffee and a piece of cake. I have a small and simple room. It is still raining here all the time. My roommates are very nice. No one has experienced so much rain here in May before. I was a little too late for the Palmtree. So I went to the supermarket and bought Greek salad and spaghetti and used the communal kitchen. Tomorrow is a day off. The weather will probably be changeable 😐.
