Goodbye Morocco!

In the middle of the country we headed north. We drove via Midelt, Fes and Chefchaouen to the border with Ceuta. We visited a former lead mine near Midelt.

At the border from Morocco to Spain we experienced a very time-consuming and thorough border control. All car parts were dusted and we had to pitch our roof tent so that the border officials could be sure that we weren't hiding anyone. From Ceuta we said goodbye to the continent of Africa on the ferry.

Since the days are getting shorter and the nights are getting colder, we drive home quickly. So this is our last blog entry. We would be happy if you accompanied us on this journey for a while.
