Yesterday the girls car broke down again. We brought it to the mechanic but it’s too much of a risk to travel the long road until Adelaide with a car that’s not continuously running :-/
So the group split up and it was time to say goodbye :s
The evening before we met another group of two who are looking forward to doing the Nullarbor road. They decided to join us. Always better to not be alone on a trip like this ...
After food shopping this morning we started the Nullarbor road from Esperance to Adelaide. About 2,200km in total.
No air conditioning in the Land Rover and about 43C outside - travel could be easier 🤣
We went through crazy sandstorms...
There’s literally nothing out here.
Tonight we are camping close to Caiguna.
We prepared dinner while being attacked by hundreds of flies... luckily we bought a hat for protection.
After sunset the flies were gone but other animals came out ... terrifying spiders running around our car and the table. Their eyes are shining/glittering green and they scared the f*** out of me 😐
Honestly, I have no idea how I’m going to handle this but I guess I have to ...
See you around
Cheers
