Last week we went on a trip again! This time firstly to the neighboring country Argentina, to the capital Buenos Aires. We spent three very beautiful, sunny and incredibly relaxed days there. Unlike in many other cities, Buenos Aires does not necessarily have a thousand sights that you have to visit one after the other. Of course, you can do a lot in the city, but the best thing is simply to get to know the different neighborhoods and to be surprised by the flair of the city. Buenos Aires is a huge city in terms of population, but in the center you can still easily reach everything on foot if you don't mind long walks (we walked 34.7 km according to our mobile phone in the three days). On the first evening, we naturally had a classic Argentine rump steak (for just 10 euros) and were convinced by the famous quality of Argentine steak. During our weekend, we visited the Teatro Colón, an old theater that was transformed into a bookstore, the cemetery in Recoleta, which became famous for its elaborate tombs (the oldest tomb we saw there was from 1854), the city park and of course the Feria Libre (a street market) which conveniently took place right in front of our door. In La Boca, we strolled through the colorful streets and in the evening we were lucky enough to watch some tango dancers while enjoying a beer. We were definitely impressed by Buenos Aires!
